What is this?

Is my transaction safe?

All of your payment information is collected remotely via a third party system to process payments. We use the same remote payment system that millions of vendors around the world use and it is absolutely safe on our end and yours during the transaction. We do, however, have access to your email, name, and address which is critical for shipping purposes. We promise never to sell this information nor abuse your trust.

What if I don’t like what I bought?

I try to make every piece as clear as possible on the site so you can make an informed choice before buying. If the product is faulty, we can work with the manufacturer on a return. Please email me via Tim@TimWoolworth and we can get the ball rolling. If you do not like what you received, I am sorry my art did not meet your expectations. Try gifting it or donating it and know you helped a worthy cause.

When will I receive my stuff?

Unless the product is a digital download or a hand-signed print, we work with a print on demand manufacturer who creates items as needed. Most orders are fulfilled within 4-5 days and received within a couple days after that depending upon your location. You will receive an order update with all time estimates as soon as your order is placed.
